Science-based Enrichment for Public & Private Schools - where the animals visit you!

Our Wildlife Encounters Outreach Programs - Improving environmental literacy, connecting students to the outside world and giving wildlife a voice in the effort to protect global biodiversity & ecosystems!

"If it is out of sight - it is out of mind. Live animals are one of the few things we have found that will truly engage students on an emotional level to learn.
Or even just look up from their phone..."

Students in the BoSTEM Summer Program at MIT in Cambridge hear for the first time how the American Alligator was facing extinction 50 years ago – but through education, regulation and captive breeding programs their population is restored!   One of America’s greatest conservation success stories!

"Classroom Presentation"

Here is where out animals and educators shine!   When in front of your students we excel at curriculum integration and supporting your learning objectives!

Whether students are at their desks taking notes, or the desks are pushed aside to let a second classroom join the presentation – you know the lower student/teacher ratio makes all the difference in fielding questions and giving each student the individual attention they deserve!

"Assembly Presentation"

Could be the entire 7th grade in a large school, or K through 6 in the gym of a smaller community…

Either way, 100 students or more changes things for the students, for us, and our pricing.

We can absolutely still integrate with the Science curriculum, or other themes such as emphasizing Community responsibility, understand human impact, celebrating Earth Day or just a school-wide activity in the spring.

The perfect in-school Field Trip!!

Program Requirements & Restrictions

Transportation & Travel Rates

“Home Town”  – NO TRAVEL FEE applied for programs delivered in Rochester or Barrington, NH

Mileage Rate effective 3/7/2022: due to rapidly increasing fuel costs we have had to depart from the “fed rate” for the first time.  The current rate is $0.75 per mile round trip as calculated by our office, zipcode to zipcode for all New England locations.

This rate will be adjusted up or down as appropriate in the future.

*Maine Import Fee: $27 (effective 1/1/14, this is a per occurrence fee that we now will be reflecting on Maine customer invoices to offset the exceedingly high fees imposed by Maine regulatory agencies.)

  • Corporate & Institutional payments by EFT/ACH or NET(x) terms are available.

Animal & Venue Requirements and Restrictions
  1. WILDLIFE: For regulatory or safety reasons, these animals are generally “hands-off” for the public.  This statement by it’s nature is vague because (1) laws vary by state and (2) educators may have some discretion in certain circumstances.
  2. INTERACTIVE: Our “farm life”, “pet life” and friendlier wild species of Ambassador Animals.  Most of these animals are rescues that were injured, abandoned or displaced… and they all have their own personal stories!   At our discretion – all of these animals may be hands-on.
  3. VENUE RESTRICTIONS :  (details coming soon)

School Outreach & Enrichment Programs
